Toshkentvinokombinati emits shares for 4.583 bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Toshkentvinokombinati (Tashkent Wine Combine) open joint stock company with foreign investments will increase its charter capital from 2.525 billion soums to 4.583 billion soums.
Toshkentvinokombinati registered emission of shares at the Center for coordinating and controlling over functioning of securities market.
According to the emission, the company will issue 935,270 ordinary shares with par value of 4,900 soums. Total volume of emission makes up 4.583 billion soums.
The shares of the emission will be placed on close subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 2,700 soums to new ones with nominal value of 4,900 soums.
The company said that the part of shares for 2.525 billion soums are paid on par value and the other part for 2.057 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed net income for 2009.
