The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the decision of the bank on issuing of shares.

According to the company, the issue comprises of 935,270 ordinary shares with par value of 4,900 soums each. Total emission of shares makes up 4,582,823,000 soums.

Share of the issue will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of shares with less nominal value to new shares.

The company said that part of the emission for 2,525,229,000 soums is paid on nominal value and other part for 2,057,595,000 soums is paid due to net income of the combine for 2009.
