Within the emission, Toshkent Univermagi will place 1,105,600 shares, of which 1,100,107 are ordinary and 5,493 preferential shares.

The par value of shares within the emission makes up 660 soums each. Total volume of the issue on nominal value reaches 729.696 million soums.

Shares of the emission will be placed among shareholders through converting of old shares with less par value to new ones.

The company said that part of emission for 585.968 million soums is paid, while remaining part for 143.728 million soums will be covered with undistributed net income for previous years.
