Within the emission, the company plans to issue 158,259 ordinary shares with par value of 10,000 soums each. Total volume of the emission makes up 1,582,500,000 soums.

In line with the prospectus of emission, the shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription. At the same time, Uzbekenergo state joint stock company will receive 81,340 shares of the emission and the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan – 76,910 shares. The shares will be paid due to capitalization of dividends for 2006.
