The annual report of the company said that it supplied 8.348 million Gcal heating energy in 2009, which is 428,800 Gcal more compared to 2010.

The company explains that decrease of heating energy supply is connected with measures, undertaken in Tashkent, directed at cutting high consumption, warm weather conditions and decreasing of temperature of hot water, which helped to cut use of energy resources at the enterprise.

Revenue from heating energy sales made up 104.274 billion soums without VAT in 2010 ot 125.129 billion soums with VAT.

Total expenses for heating energy production made up 101.656 billion soums, including prime cost – 92.774 billion soums (91.3%), expenses of the period – 8.882 billion soums (8.7%). Other incomes and expenses reached 115 million soums.

Financial results of the period made up 2.19 billion soums of net income at the planned 10 million soums in business plan and against 7.117 billion loss in 2009.

Accounts receivable of the company made up 78.8 billion soums as of 1 January 2011, including outstanding – 23.2 billion soums. Main debtor is Toshissiqquvvati – 78.3 billion soums. Account payables reached 66.4 billion soums (45.3 billion soums from gas), including outstanding – 0.4 billion soums.

Main activity of Toshkent Issiqlik Markazi is production of heating energy for Tashkent city. Toshissiqquvvati is wholesale buyer of heating energy. Toshissiqquvvati resells heating energy to population and enterprises. The charter capital of Toshkent Issiqlik Markazi is 7.803 billion soums.
