Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A Chinese distributor of the Tommy Hilfiger brand has expressed interest in the leather goods produced by the company Peng Sheng.

The "Uzcharmsanoat" Association and its member enterprises are actively participating in the Lineapelle international exhibition in Milan.

During the event, Uzbek enterprises are negotiating with foreign companies interested in collaboration.

The management of Peng Sheng from Syrdarya region discussed potential supplies of finished leather products with Portuguese company Rubber Shoes, Indonesian company Hi Huat, Indian company Orjet Intermediates, and Turkish company Talal Salt.

At the meetings, foreign companies showed interest in products made using modern technologies. Samples were presented, and the parties agreed to sign a cooperation agreement after successful testing.

The Chinese distributor of Tommy Hilfiger is particularly interested in Peng Sheng’s products, as they are manufactured using health-safe chemicals. The company plans to test the products to explore potential partnership opportunities in the future and to review the production processes.

Additionally, the companies Pelle Technology, Hamkor-Nur-Savdo, and Ulkan Laziz held discussions with partners from Hungary, Portugal, Egypt, and Pakistan regarding the supply of special footwear and processed sheepskin.
