Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- By a corresponding resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, Tokhir Zokirovich was appointed to the position of rector of the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agricultural Technologies.

Tokhir Sultonov was born in 1975 in Namangan region. In 1996 he graduated from the Namangan Engineering and Technology Institute. He is doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor.

Before his appointment, T. Sultonov worked as vice-rector for scientific work and innovation at the National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers”.
