Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Three investors have expressed interest in privatizing the 100% state-owned stake in the LLC “Republican Design Institute “Uzengineering”, according to the Agency for Management of State Assets (AUGA) of Uzbekistan.

To facilitate the privatization process, the consulting firm Abrau Capital has been engaged as a privatization advisor.

The advisor has received expressions of interest from three international and local investors. Following the review of these applications, all investors have been cleared for the next stage of the process.

LLC "Republican Design Institute 'Uzengineering'" specializes in developing preliminary and project documentation for the construction, reconstruction, and modernization of industrial, civil, and infrastructure projects.
