Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Three Indian citizens were injured as a result of a gas explosion in a house in Ferghana.
According to information from the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the incident occurred on 11 March in a residential building on Shark Street.
The injured Indian citizens were students of the Ferghana Medical Institute of Public Health and rented housing in which the explosion occurred.
As a result of the incident, the students received various burns and were hospitalized.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 259 (violation of fire safety rules) of the Criminal Code.
