Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Three metro stations on the Sergeli elevated line were temporarily closed due to repair work. This was reported by the State Unitary Enterprise “Tashkent Metro”.

“The last stage of construction work is underway at the Turon (13-station) and Qipchoq (14-station) stations of the II stage of the Elevated Circle Line of the Tashkent Metro, from the massif Quruvchilar to the Sergeli quarter,” the company said in a statement.

“In this regard, for technical crossings between the stations of the Elevated Circle Line of the metro, at Tolariq (10-station), Khonobod (11-station) and Quruvchilar (12-station) stations, train traffic will be suspended for 3 days, from 3 to 5 November of this year,” the message says.

On these days, trains will operate between the Texnopark (Do’stlik-2) and Qiyot (9-station) stations of the Elevated Circle Metro Line.

To create convenience for passengers, free additional bus service will be organized between Qiyot (9-station) and Quruvchilar (12-station) stations.
