Theatre.UZ/2013 festival to be held on 20-26 October
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
The Fourth international theatre festival Theatre.UZ/2013 will be held within the Art Week Style.uz in Tashkent on 20-26 October 2013.
Fund Forum, Uzbekistan Youth Theatre, Ministry of Culture and Sport Affairs of Uzbekistan and Uzbektheatre are organizers of the event.
Theatre.UZ/2013 will include four master classes, six foreign plays and six plays of Uzbek theatres, 8 plays of Tashkent theatre, and one joint project.
The event is aimed at establishing stable and long-term creative contacts among young professionals and raising new generation of theatre workers. The festival will help to develop theatre in Uzbekistan.
The festival will present plays of theatres from Uzbekistan, Lithuania, Russia, Israel and Tajikistan, the organizers said.
