Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Presidential Resolution “On measures to develop and expand the network of football infrastructure in mahallas” was adopted.

According to the Resolution, the youth leader of the mahalla will be assigned the following additional tasks:

- increasing the interest of local youth in grassroots and professional football, as well as organizing various propaganda and explanatory work in this direction;

- organization of systematic and effective operation of existing football sports facilities and other sports grounds in mahallas;

- formation of men’s and women’s mahalla football teams of different age categories in mahallas and organization of their training;

- conducting an analysis of the sufficiency of the created conditions for youth in the mahalla to engage in football, as well as establishing systematic cooperation on the development of football with sports and educational organizations and local executive authorities;

- identifying young talented football players in mahallas and sending them to professional football educational institutions;

- making proposals to local executive authorities on the development of football infrastructure in mahallas, providing sports equipment and creating additional conditions for mahalla teams.
