Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The volume of net gold and foreign exchange reserves of Uzbekistan as of 1 April 2021 exceeded US$32.67 billion, according to data from the Central Bank.
The regulator said that this indicator has decreased by US$589.1 million compared to the previous month. At the same time, we note that this indicator has decreased by US$2.2 billion since the beginning of the year.
The regulator notes that reserves in foreign currency as of 1 April were US$13.01 billion against US$13.15 billion as of 1 March.
The volume of gold decreased from US$19.73 billion to US$19.28 billion. At the same time, the volume of gold in net troy ounces increased from 11.2 million to 11.4 million troy ounces.
