Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The state visit of the President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Suk Yeol at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has ended.

As part of the three-day program of the stay, high-level negotiations took place, following which the leaders signed a Joint Statement on the further deepening and comprehensive expansion of a special strategic partnership. A solid package of bilateral documents has been adopted.

The heads of states took part in a joint business forum with the participation of representatives of leading Korean companies and banking and financial institutions.

The presidents got acquainted with the potential of industrial cooperation by visiting the Technopark in Tashkent.

Today, the dialogue between the heads of state continued in Samarkand. The presidents and their spouses visited the historical and architectural pearls of the ancient city.

At the end of the visit, President Yoon Suk Yeol and his spouse were seen off at the airport by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his spouse.
