Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A training seminar was held at the Central Bank with the participation of employees of commercial banks on the implementation of the online program "Monitoring of State Housing Programs".

During the seminar, they informed about the technical capabilities of electronic software created by the Central Bank and its importance for automating periodic reporting.

In particular, the procedures for registration of mortgage and pledge agreements in the process of obtaining real estate and vehicles from the primary market as security are explained. At the same time, special attention was paid to the issues of introducing and removing by commercial banks an online ban through the electronic site of the register of pledges in relation to pledged property.

During the training seminar, commercial banks were given appropriate recommendations on the implementation of a mechanism for ensuring the employment of clients who do not have a permanent job and a source of income, for whom a mortgage loan has been allocated.

The interactive event provided an opportunity for participants to share experiences and make suggestions.
