Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In September this year, Tax Committee of Uzbekistan demanded from Ridetech International B.V. to organize its activities within two months in accordance with legislative documents:

The state body requested from Yandex Go, taxi service, register as a tax resident of the Republic of Uzbekistan to carry out activities and pay established taxes.

The company should also ensure integration with the information system of tax authorities and provide clients with an automatically generated fiscal receipt.

If the above requirements are not met by 1 December 2023, the Tax Committee will send an official request to the Ministry of Digital Technologies to block the use of the Yandex Go electronic platform as an aggregator on the territory of Uzbekistan, the committee stated.
