Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Law signed by the President of Uzbekistan amended and supplemented the Law on State Duty.

According to the Law, the state fee for the provision of services of mobile radiotelephone (cellular) networks by virtual cellular operators (providers) is set at 25,000 sizes of basic estimated value.

Previously, such a rule did not exist.

Also, the amount of the state fee paid upon obtaining a license for the provision of the following services has been reduced:

- design, construction, operation and provision of services for networks of distribution (broadcasting) of television and radio programs - 170 sizes of basic estimated value (56 million 100 thousand soums) (Previously this amount was 340 sizes of basic estimated value);

- designing networks for distribution (broadcasting) of television and radio programs - 10 sizes of basic estimated value (3 million 300 thousand soums) (Previously this amount was 20 sizes of basic estimated value);

- construction of networks for distribution (broadcasting) of television and radio programs - 10 sizes of basic estimated value (3 million 300 thousand soums) (Previously this amount was 20 sizes of basic estimated value);

- operation of networks for distribution (broadcasting) of television and radio programs - 75 sizes of basic estimated value (24 million 750 thousand soums) (Previously this amount was 150 sizes of basic estimated value);

- provision of services of networks for distribution (broadcasting) of TV and radio programs - 75 sizes of basic estimated value (24 million 750 thousand soums) (Previously this amount was 150 sizes of basic estimated value).

This Law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
