Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-September 2022, the share of value added in the financial and insurance sectors in gross domestic product (GDP) reached 5.7%, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said.

In the corresponding period of last year, this figure was 4.6%.

For comparison, over the current period, the share of the financial and insurance sectors in GDP, compared to the same period of last year, increased by 1.1 percentage points.
