Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The share of cargo transportation between Uzbekistan and the SCO countries in the total volume of transportation is 98%.

The SCO space occupies 60% of the territory of Eurasia and a quarter of the world’s territory, and also provides about 23% of world GDP. This was reported by Dildora Ibragimova, an expert at the Center for the Study of Transport and Logistics Development under the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The total length of all railways of the SCO member countries is about 340 thousand kilometers, the share of which is 25% in the structure of world railways, and roads - about 14 million km, accounting for 21% of the total share of the world’s roads.
