Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, at a meeting with leaders of parliamentary factions, announced the launch of a mobile application for the employment of migrants in 2021 on the territory of the EAEU.
In this way, the Russian authorities expect to attract to work in Russia the maximum number of Russian-speaking citizens from the countries of the member states of the union.
The mobile application is designed to implement digital interaction between government agencies and business organizations in the field of employment and employment promotion, as well as employers and citizen workers in the EAEU member states using modern digital data processing technologies.
The following areas are identified as key in the work of the mobile application.
Firstly, providing citizens of the EAEU countries with complete and accessible information on travel routes to the place of employment, procedures for generating a package of documents and accompanying certificates in the context of cross-border labor migration, technology for concluding labor contracts online.
Secondly, providing migrants with information on taxation issues, access to the database of forms and templates necessary for processing documents for employment.
Thirdly, the collection of information about the candidate for employment in terms of his educational level, professional activity and achievements, hobbies and social activity in the form of an extended digital resume.
In addition, migrants of a digital profile have all the rights to manage individual data, including the possibility of variable address transfer of it to the employer or open access to third parties.
In general, according to experts, the mobile application will provide quick access for citizens of the EAEU member states to the required information on key issues of labor cross-border migration, required documents and their registration, organization of relocation to a new place of work. Analysts believe that this will provide effective support for the functioning of the common labor market of the Union countries.
