Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- During the visit of the delegation of Uzbekistan to Qatar, the Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan Nigmatilla Yuldoshev met with the Prosecutor General of Qatar Issa bin Saad Al Jafali Al Nuaimi.

The parties discussed the development of mutual cooperation between law enforcement agencies and emphasized the need to consolidate efforts in countering modern challenges and threats.

The Qatari side shared its experience of introducing information and communication technologies into the activities of the prosecutor’s office, especially in the field of combating corruption.

An important result of the meeting was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the prosecutor’s offices of both countries.
