Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – During the working visit of the Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan Sherzod Shermatov to South Korea, negotiations were held with the senior executive director of the Korean Exim Bank Hwang Ki-yong and the director of the Eurasia-Middle East direction of the Economic Development and Cooperation Fund Sang Jin Kang, Dunyo reported.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to the results of the implementation in Uzbekistan, together with the Exim Bank of Korea, of the project to digitize the National Library of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi.

At the same time, the issue of the currently implemented project “Data Center for Electronic Government” was raised.

At the end of the meeting, attention was also paid to the areas of future cooperation, within which the implementation of promising projects for the digitalization of public services and existing databases together with the Korean Exim Bank was discussed.
