The procedure for the provision of public services with on-site visits has been determined

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government resolution approved the Administrative Regulations for the provision of public services with on-site visits.

According to the Regulation, public services are provided by contacting the Contact Center of the Ministry of Justice (“Call Center”) or its official website.

Questionnaires through the "Call-center" are accepted during business hours from 09:00 to 18:00.

You can apply at any time of the day through the official website.

The time for the provision of public services is established within the working hours of the Public Service Centers (authorized body).

After that, the responsible officer contacts the applicant by phone, travels to the place indicated in the questionnaire, and using special technical devices (fingerprint installed on a tablet or computer, printer, etc.) provides a public service or sends an application for a public service (within the time specified in the questionnaire).

For the provision of public services on site or for applying for public services, a one-time fee is charged in the amount of 50 percent of the basic estimated value - in the city of Tashkent, 40 percent of the basic estimated value - in regional centers, 30 percent of the basic estimated value - in district (city) centers.

For elderly people in need of assistance, persons with disabilities of independent movement due to health reasons and disabled people of groups I and II, payment for the provision of public services is not charged.
