Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Governmental resolution approved the Regulations on the procedure for providing subsidies to business entities that organized homework in mahallas at the expense of the Handicraft and Homework Support Fund.

In accordance with the Regulation, business entities that have organized homework are provided with a one-time subsidy in the amount of the average monthly income for the first 3 months of their activity from the Fund for Support of Handicraft and Homework.

To receive a subsidy, you must contact the local labor authority on the recommendation of the khokim’s assistant or through the SPIGU portal (my.gov.uz).

The appeal contains the data of the homeworker, address, current account to which the subsidy should be paid.

The appeal is considered within 3 working days.

A subsidy may be refused in the following cases:

if the documents are not presented in full;

if an employment contract or a civil law contract concluded with a homeworker is not registered on the Unified Portal of Electronic Contracts;

if information about the homeworker’s income for the first 3 months is not confirmed.

In case of refusal to apply, the applicant is notified of this within 1 day.

The subsidy is transferred to the applicant within 5 working days after the decision to allocate the subsidy is made.
