The procedure for organizing work on a rotational basis is determined

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government Resolution approved the Standard Regulations on the procedure for organizing work on a rotational basis.

According to the Resolution, shift work can be applied in the following cases:- in forestry, exploration, communication and railway organizations;

- in construction organizations performing construction and installation, as well as repair and restoration work;

- when using (operating) energy facilities;

- at oil and gas industry facilities, including pipeline, maintenance and repair organizations, as well as pipeline transport organizations;

- when developing deposits of non-ferrous and precious metals, coal and other natural resources;

- in medical, trade, transport organizations, public catering organizations serving employees of organizations in which the rotational method is used;

- at work on the construction and reconstruction of roads, as well as in other organizations.

All costs associated with the organization of work on a rotational basis are made at the expense of the employer.

The following cannot be involved in work performed on a rotational basis:

- employees under the age of 18;

- pregnant women;

- one of the parents (guardians) raising a child under 3 years old;

- persons who have contraindications to work on a rotational basis, according to a medical report.

Employees employed by the employer on a rotational basis are centrally provided with transport, commercial and consumer services and hot meals three times a day, conditions are created for their nutrition that meet sanitary rules, norms and hygienic standards.

At the same time, the maximum duration of daily working time for the accounting period should not exceed 12 hours.

Employees working on a rotational basis cannot be granted leave during the rest period between rotational shifts.
