Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government Resolution adopted the Regulations on the procedure for organizing and conducting the review-competition “The Most Active Social Worker”.

According to the Regulations, a review competition “The Most Active Social Worker” will be organized among social workers of the National Social Protection Agency system, assistant social workers, as well as social workers in the main positions of employees in non-profit organizations and the classification of workers’ professions.

Accordingly, an announcement about the competition is published annually before 1 April, and from 1 to 30 April, candidates register through the agency’s website.

The regional qualifying stage of the competition is held in May, the republican final stage - in June.

The competition is based on the following tests:

online testing in the field of social work, aimed at determining the level of knowledge of participants;

tests aimed at determining the level of IQ (intellectual quotient) and individual psychological characteristics of the participants;

individual conversation with participants.

The winners and runners-up of the competition are awarded annually in the first week of July as follows:

at the Regional qualifying stage - a one-time monetary reward in the following amounts of the minimum wage:
1st place - 5 times (5 million 250 thousand soums);
2nd place - 3 times (3 million 150 thousand soums);
3rd place - 2 times (2 million 100 thousand soums).

at the Republican final stage - a one-time monetary reward in the following amounts of the minimum wage:
1st place - 20 times (21 million soums);
2nd place - 15 times (15 million 750 thousand soums);
3rd place – 10 times (10 million 500 thousand soums).
