Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of Uzbekistan, led by the Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov, held a meeting with the World Bank representative on digital infrastructure and global practice of public-private partnership Samia Melkham.

At the meeting, it was proposed to study the experience of Saudi Arabia in the development of electronic government and artificial intelligence systems.

It was noted that Saudi Arabia is actively digitalizing all sectors of the economy, and the provision of IT outsourcing services by Uzbekistan in this country can provide great opportunities.

Also during the meeting with the Vice President of the Saudi Digital Government Organization, Abdulrahman Almutairi, readiness was expressed to introduce modern solutions in the field of digital government and artificial intelligence as part of the upcoming visit of the delegation of Uzbekistan to Saudi Arabia, scheduled for April.
