Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – President of Uzbekistan signed a law to amend the Code of Administrative Responsibility.

Accordingly, the audit authority was included in the stages of reviewing court decisions in administrative cases.

It has been established that cases considered by district and city courts in the first instance are reviewed on appeal or cassation in regional courts and courts equivalent to them, and cases considered by regional courts and courts equivalent to them in appeal or cassation -

Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court in an audit procedure.

Also, the period for filing an appeal against a decision in a case of an administrative offense has been reduced from 20 to 10 days.

All appeal materials must be considered by the appellate court within 15 days from the date of receipt.

An appeal in a case of administrative arrest or administrative expulsion is considered within 24 hours.
