Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – A resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On approval of the Regulations on the procedure for assessing the activities of internal audit services of ministries and departments" was adopted, Norma reports.

The regulation determines the order:

assessing the activities of the internal audit service;

registration of the results of the assessment and the adoption of measures to improve the activities of the internal audit service;

monitoring the results of the assessment and publishing them to the public.

The evaluation of the internal audit services is carried out by the Ministry of Economy and Finance on a scheduled and unscheduled basis.

The planned assessment is carried out on the basis of a schedule developed and approved based on the risk analysis.

Every year until 1 March, the approved schedule is published on the website of the Ministry.

An unscheduled assessment is carried out:

based on the request of the state body itself to conduct an assessment;

when additional risks are identified based on the results of the study of the submitted quarterly reports.

The regulation also approves the evaluation criteria and the form of the questionnaire
