The large-scale esports tournament "Uzbekistan Esport Championship" begins

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Registration of Uzbekistan’s largest e-sports tournament with a prize fund of 332,000,000 soums will begin on 4 April.

The main goal of the tournament is to increase the motivation of esports players to acquire and improve skills in the field of esports, as well as to widely popularize this area and unite athletes into a single system.

The tournament will be held on the Cybergame.uz platform in such esports disciplines as CS:GO, DOTA2, PUBG Mobile, FIFA, eFootball.

The tournament will consist of the following stages:

District (city) qualifications in the Online format in each region;

Regional qualifications in offline format in a computer club;

The Grand Final in the Offline format, which will be held in the city of Tashkent.

Every player who is a citizen of the republic, who has reached the age of 16 and has registered on the cybersports portal Cybergame.uz through the OneID system, can take part in the tournament.

Tournament Qualifiers:

The opening of registration will take place on 3 April 2023, and will last until 10 April;

The start of the district qualifiers will be on 12 April, and will last until 25 April inclusive;

Regional qualifications will be held on 29 April at the computer club in Tashkent;

The Grand Final will take place on 30 April in Tashkent.

The tournament will be held with the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the IT-Park Directorate and the eSports Association of Uzbekistan.
