“The reason for the flooding was the closure of the water intake facility of the Jun and Burijar canals and the full opening of the Salar canal.

It has been established that the Bozsuv Department of Irrigation Systems of Tashkent Region, for unknown reasons and without notifying the Tashkent City Department for the Use of Canals and the Improvement of the Adjacent Territory and Emergencies, closed the water intake facilities of the Jun Canal, which flows through the Sergeli District, and the Burijar Canal along Seoul Street, Chilanzar District, while opening the canal Salar".
