Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 28 November 2022, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Kakhramon Yuldashev held a meeting with Anop Kumar, Deputy Governor for Marketing and Textiles of the Indian state of Maharashtra.

At the meeting, issues of developing cooperation in the field of agriculture, increasing trade between the two countries, as well as proposals for mutually promising investment projects were discussed.

As a result of the dialogue, an agreement was reached to increase the volume of exports of fruit products, such as cherries and grapes from Uzbekistan, and to invite large cotton processing clusters located in the city of Mumbai to the market of our country.
