Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The first transport forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will be held on 1 November 2023 in the city of Tashkent, the press service of the Ministry of Transport reports.

The purpose of the forum is to strengthen cooperation between representatives of the transport and logistics sector of the SCO countries and create effective transport corridors, discuss promising projects in the transport sector, implement existing projects, strengthen interconnectivity, increase the volume of trade and investment, as well as achieve broad opportunities for sustainable economic growth in the field of transport and communications.
