Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, on 28 November, in Syrdarya region, the Industrial Innovation Group held a technology show, during which a presentation of cold-pressed hemp oil of the 2022 harvest, grown on the fields of the biotechnological industrial agricultural complex RS Success Agro, took place.

RS Success Agro became the first company in Uzbekistan to receive a license from the state for the cultivation, processing, storage, transportation and sale of technical hemp.

During the technological show, the work of a unique automated hemp oil bottling line was demonstrated: sterilization, capping, packaging and labeling of goods. Advanced technological lines ensure the highest quality of products and preserve all the beneficial properties of the oil. The production capacity of the line is 1500 bottles per hour from bottling to packaging. Packing speed - up to 3000 bottles per hour.

Robiya Ibragimova, CEO of RS Success Agro, noted: “Hemp oil is carefully protected from fakes at the highest technological level. Its security can be compared with an excise stamp or a banknote. Oil bottles are marked with an electronic smart label with a protective hologram and the Track&Trace system. Each hologram has an individual numbering, which is applied using the patented I-MET technology, which makes the number an integral part of the hologram. By reading the QR code on the label, anyone can see the complete life cycle of a bottle of Leodar hemp oil, from the moment the seed is planted to the individual consumer. Any attempt to change or correct personalized data will result in permanent damage and will be visible.”

Creating hemp oil starts with selecting the best seed. Plants are watered using an innovative drip irrigation system. Modern technology carefully and delicately harvests.
