Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Bukhara region, during an operational event carried out by officers of Gijduvan district police department, it turned out that a resident of the Soktari mahalla S.A., born in 2001, in of May, having entered into a criminal conspiracy with acquaintances of I.A. and A.I., in a house located in Todon mahalla, Gijduvan district, using an EPSON L-3100 color printer, printed copies of banknotes of the Republic of Uzbekistan in denominations of 100,000 and 200,000 soums for the purpose of further sale.

From the house he rented in the Shark mahalla, 2 banknotes with a face value of 200,000 soums, 1 banknote with a face value of 100,000 soums, 26 sheets of special A4 paper, duplicated by 3 copies of banknotes with a face value of 100,000 soums, and other items were seized as material evidence.

On this fact, a criminal case has been initiated under part 2 of article 176 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a preliminary investigation is currently underway.
