Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The competition Buzatov FEST" was organized among the age categories of 10-15, 16-22 and 23-30 years old in 4 areas: bakhshi art, traditional performance, opera and variety art, Nodir Abdukodirov, head of the information service of the Agency for Youth Affairs, said.

More than 238 thousand young people took part in the competition, and at the final stage, participants from Karakalpakstan and the city of Tashkent were recognized as winners in 4 areas, Tashkent region - 2 each, Surkhandarya and Jizzakh regions - 1 each.

The winners and prize-winners of the republican stage were awarded the following prizes:

1st place - 50 million soums;

2nd place - 30 million soums;

3rd place - 20 million soums.
