Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 13 April 2023, Samarkand hosted a working meeting between the CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev and the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of integration cooperation within the Commonwealth, as well as the topics of the upcoming meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers.

At the end of the meeting, on behalf of the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Murat Nurtleu presented Sergey Lebedev with the Dostyk (Friendship) Order, I degree.

The Dostyk Order is a state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They are awarded for fruitful work to maintain mutual harmony in society, merits in strengthening peace, friendship and cooperation between peoples.
