Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Central Bank of Uzbekistan reissued the license of Ravnak Bank JSC in connection with the change of name to Octobank JSC.
According to the regulator’s press service, the leadership of the Central Bank made a corresponding decision.
It should be noted that in August, the chairman of the board of the bank, Iskandar Tursunov, increased his stake in the bank from 19.9% to 72.05%. He bought 52.1% of the bank’s shares from Sarvar Fayziev for 52.2 billion soums.
In September, shareholders decided to rename the financial organization.
