Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In September 2024, the British Museum will host the “Silk Road” exhibition, which will present unique museum exhibits from Uzbekistan.

Representatives of the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan and the Cultural Heritage Agency visited the British Museum on 13 February, where the exhibits participating in the exhibition were identified.

Among them will be wall paintings from Afrasiab and the Red Hall of Varakhsha, a charred wooden panel from Kafir-kala and other artifacts dating back to the Sogdian period.

The Silk Road exhibition will open at the Sainsbury’s Exhibition Gallery.
