The average monthly salary of Uzbek citizens has been announced

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-December 2023, the most nominal wages by region were recorded in the city of Tashkent (7.45 million soums), Tashkent (4.52 million soums), Andijan (3.98 million soums) and Bukhara (3.88 million soums) regions, the Statistics Agency said.

In January-December 2023, the highest growth rates of average monthly nominal wages by region were noted in Ferghana region (19.1%), the city of Tashkent (18.7%), Jizzakh (18.1%), Khorezm (18.0%) and Samarkand (17.8%) regions.

The highest average monthly salary in the construction sector was recorded in Tashkent (7.59 million soums) and Navoi (6.61 million soums) regions, and the city of Tashkent (6.04 million soums).

The highest average monthly salary in the main sectors of trade was recorded in the wholesale and retail trade of cars and motorcycles and their repair (5,67 million soums), the lowest figure was recorded in retail trade, except trade in cars and motorcycles (4.7 million soums).

The highest average monthly salary in the main sectors of the economic activity transportation and storage was in warehouse and auxiliary transport activities (8.17 million soums), and the lowest - in the postal and courier service (2.93 million soums).

The highest average monthly wage by type of economic activity, transportation and storage, was observed in the city of Tashkent (7.96 million soums), Khorezm (7.45 million soums) and Bukhara (6.96 million soums) regions.

The highest average monthly salary for the type of economic activity “Information and communications” was noted in the information and communication industry - in the field of computer programming, consulting and other support services (16.41 million soums), and the lowest - in publishing activities (8.52 million soums).

The highest average monthly salary in the field of information and communications was observed in the city of Tashkent (11.92 million soums), Bukhara (7.94 million soums) and Ferghana (7.81 million soums) regions.

In the field of finance and insurance, the highest average monthly salary was in auxiliary activities in the provision of financial services and insurance (15.81 million soums), and the lowest indicator was noted in financial services, except for insurance and pension services (13.25 million soums).

In the field of finance and insurance, the highest average monthly wages were noted in the city of Tashkent (16.97 million soums), Andijan (12.33 million soums) and Navoi (11.77 million soums) regions. High growth rates were recorded in Samarkand (36.2%), Namangan (32.0%) and Navoi (29.5%) regions.

The highest average monthly salary in the main sectors of education was noted in the field of higher education (7.36 million soums), and the lowest in the field of preschool education (1.71 million soums).

The highest average monthly salary in the education sector is observed in the city of Tashkent (5.07 million soums), Tashkent (3.1 million soums) and Navoi (3.07 million soums) regions. High growth rates were noted in the city of Tashkent (20.8%), Khorezm (17.3%) and Jizzakh (16.7%) regions.

The highest indicator for the type of economic activity, healthcare and the provision of social services, was recorded in the city of Tashkent (3.67 million soums), the Republic of Karakalpakstan (3.28 million soums) and Khorezm region (3.27 million soums). High growth rates were noted in Ferghana region (22.1%), the city of Tashkent (21.2%) and Bukhara region (19.3%).

The highest average monthly salary in the field of art, entertainment and recreation was observed in Tashkent (5.8 million soums), Namangan (4.78 million soums) regions and the city of Tashkent (4.4 million soums). High growth rates were recorded in Kashkadarya region (34.2%) and the city of Tashkent (30.7%).
