Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Presidential Resolution “On the approval of an international treaty” was adopted.

According to the Resolution, the Agreement on the formation of the Coordination Council of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of forensic activities was approved.

This Agreement was signed on 13 October 2023 in Bishkek at a meeting of the Council of Heads of States of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The Ministry of Justice was appointed as the competent authority responsible for the implementation of this international treaty.

After the entry into force of this international treaty, the Cabinet of Ministers and the heads of the relevant ministries and departments provide, in the prescribed manner, control over the implementation of its provisions.
