The company will issue 53,419 ordinary shares with par value of 15,000 soums. Total emission of shares makes up 801.285 million soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacing old shares with par value of 10,000 soums to new shares with nominal value of 15,000 soums.

The company said that the increased part of shares for 267.095 million soums is paid due to undistributed income of the company.

The assets grew from 3.401 billion soums in 2009 to 4.558 billion soums in 2010. Long-term assets made up 600.421 million soums in 2010 against 600.151 million soums in 2009. Currency assets rose from 2.801 billion soums to 3.956 billion soums.

Own capital rose from 1.298 billion soums in 2009 to 3.267 billion soums in 2010. Charter capital rose from 534.19 million soums to 801.285 million soums. Undistributed income made up 2.191 billion soums against 530 million soums.

At the same time, the liabilities of the company fell from 2.004 billion soums in 2009 to 1.291 billion soums.
