Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 June, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed condolences regarding the terrorist attacks in Dagestan, conveyed words of support to the families of the victims, and strongly condemned this act of violence.

He also emphasized readiness for active cooperation with relevant structures in tackling common security challenges.

During the conversation, the leaders discussed the practical implementation of agreements reached during President Putin's visit to Uzbekistan from 26-28 May 2024.

Additionally, the Presidents reviewed the schedule of upcoming events and contacts within multilateral organizations.
