Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-March 2024, 155,468 organizations took advantage of tax benefits for more than 8.6 trillion soums.

According to Tax Committee, 2,237 organizations carried out transactions on financial services without VAT in the amount of more than 4.5 trillion soums.

Some 4,840 organizations applied a zero VAT rate for more than 7.5 trillion soums.

By types of taxes:

VAT - 3.9 trillion soums;
for land tax - 1.8 trillion soums;
for tax of approx. - 1.1 trillion soums;
for property tax - 792.5 billion soums;
for social tax - 576.7 billion soums;
for personal income tax - 214.7 billion soums;
for turnover tax - 42.7 billion soums;
for tax for the use of water resources - 19.8 billion soums.

Based on the opinion of international experts, VAT amounts for financial services and as a result of the application of the zero rate are accounted for separately.
