Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- From 1 April, for large taxpayers, and from 1 July 2024, for all business entities on the territory of Uzbekistan, a system for registration, storage and accounting of invoices (CTR) in electronic form will be introduced.
Until this time, electronic CTRs were issued only by organizations mining and processing non-metallic minerals.
The electronic CTR system is being implemented in order to reduce bureaucratic barriers, automatically generate the necessary information in tax reporting and prevent taxpayer errors when filling out the CTR.
Tax Committee specialists held a meeting with representatives of large taxpayers, who were provided with information and explanations about how the system is technically structured.
In particular, they said that thanks to integration with databases of other ministries and departments, when drawing up a document, part of the information is generated automatically.
During the meeting, the features of registration of electronic consignment notes were discussed when moving cargo from one warehouse of the sender to another warehouse, when delivering from the seller to the buyer (including through a commission agent) and other cases.
The proposals voiced by entrepreneurs to improve the new system were taken into account.
