Within the emission, the company will issue 5,520,733 ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums each. Total volume of emission on par value is 552,073,300 soums.

In line emission prospectus, all shares of the emission will be placed through close subscription to GABUS LLC.

The part of shares for 510.232 million soums will be paid due to transfer of 5 dump-body trucks to charter capital of Tashstroytrans OJSC. Other part will be paid with money resources.
