The festival is organized for familiarizing the Uzbek people and Korean Diaspora with Korean culture, as well as developing cooperation between Uzbekistan and South Korea.

The Korea Embassy in Tashkent said that the festival is good opportunity to familiarize with new mass culture of Korea, as it is planned to show five films, which were recently announced and received recognition for artistry and popularity in Korea.

Within the festival, it is planned to show such films as “National team” (24 October), “Highway Star” (35 October), “Lift King Kong” (26 October), “Wuchi” (27 October), “Dreams of tramp” (28 October). All films will be showed with Russian subtitles. Entry is free.
