Industrial output of Tashkent region grew by 6.4%, consumer goods – by 18.4%, agriculture production – 6.6% and retail trade turnover – 9.8%.

The region started to produce five types of new products within the programme of localization in the reporting period, UzA reported.

The volume of loans, issued by commercial banks to support small and private businesses, rose 1.4 times. Some 1,625 new jobs were created in the region.

Tashkent region directed 133.1 billion soums to implement the state project “The Year of Family”.

The region created 45,000 new jobs, including 32,000 in rural areas.
