During the meeting, issues related to the procurement and transportation of necessary agricultural equipment and machinery from China, as well as seed materials, were discussed. The conversation also covered irrigation systems, land allocation, and the export of products and raw materials.
Proposals were made regarding job creation and collaboration with local entrepreneurs. Zoyir Mirzaev suggested allocating land through auctions or lease agreements for a period of 30 years in Bekabad and Akkurgan districts.
Additionally, there were discussions about the rational use of land resources through crop rotation and the development of a system not only for processing crops but also for their subsequent sale, aiming to create a cotton-growing cluster.
