Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan signed a decree, which introduced corresponding changes to the regulation on order of holding competition on appointment to notary post.

Now, if notaries do not have permanent residence in Tashkent city and Tashkent, it can be reason for refusal to candidacy of notaries to participate in competition for posts at notary offices of Tashkent region.
